Pedal operated Stone Crushing machine(2015)Phase I

Stone crushing is one of the tedious works done by women in quarries. They use hammer for manually crushing the rubbles into metal pieces. The job is tedious as well as less productive in terms of wages. It causes numerous health hazards affecting lungs and shoulders.

The stone crusing machine developed by Mitraniketan is a pedal operated hammer mounted on a suitable frame.
